The Portal of Chaos is Armor Blitz's passive leaderboard system. Rewards vary depending on player placement on the leaderboard.
Currently it provides 2 blueprints/victory,"Event currency" during server Events, and Cores as the prize for players.
The player's position in the Leaderboard is determined by the points accumulated. Only the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place are being rewarded by their direct position on the leaderboard, all the other players are rewarded based on their percentual position in the table.
The player has the ability to reset its daily progress to level 2, all previously earned points are kept.
Every day at 8:00 pm EST the player is given the ability to reset its progress if it hits a difficulty wall.(NOTE this does not stack between days, you cannot reset more than once/day) this allows the player to do a total of 8 runs/week.
Sunday at 8:00 pm EST, the player's daily progress and earned points are reset, the reward is offered via the ingame mailing system.
